We had the privilege to be invited as part of an experimental food tasting session co-organised by Enterprise SG and Synthesis Partners entitled Menu 2033, where The Future of Food was showcased in various formats.

This experiential tasting was held in Open Farm Community and helmed by the inimitable chef Oliver Trusdale Jutras. His team conjured up some magic with our mycelium Foie gras, making a chocolate mousse dessert with it.

We are very honoured to be in the same space as cell-based protein companies like VOW, Meatable, Meatiply and Eat Just, Inc and hope to continue to contribute to food security in Singapore in the coming years!
